We are authorized to transact business legitimately with the custom and the Sri Lanka Port Authority for and on behalf of consignees. (Imports and Exports) for the purpose of clearing, forwarding and transporting of their goods.

The customs-house brokers and commission agents are the intermediaries between the administration and trade. They can be considered as collaborating elements of the administration, directly subordinate to the general management of customs.

Any natives who fulfil the requirements stipulated by the Ministry of Finance, can be designated as accredited customs-house brokers or commission agents to perform in authorised customs offices, having complied with the procedures and formalities set by law.

The persons empowered to give customs clearance will able to do so by abiding the rules and regulations of the custom ordinance - act.
